We begin by gathering essential information through a preliminary assessment. Next, we schedule an in-home meeting with you and your family to discuss care needs in detail. During this visit, we create a personalized care plan tailored to your loved one’s specific needs.
After the assessment, we develop a custom care plan designed to provide the best support for your loved one. We meet with you again to review the plan, ensuring everyone is aligned. Once approved, we move forward with matching the ideal caregiver for your family
Once the care plan is approved, we use our specialized matching process to pair your loved one with the right caregiver or nurse. Every caregiver maintains detailed care notes, and a supervisory nurse conducts regular unannounced visits to ensure high-quality care.

We’ll arrange a convenient in-home consultation with you and your family to assess specific care requirements and create a personalized care plan. Our free initial assessment will be conducted by one of our experienced registered nurses.
No. You only pay for the services after they’ve been provided and you’re completely satisfied with the care.
We set ourselves apart by offering a 1-hour minimum per visit. Additional hours and days can be added as needed, with flexible scheduling available up to full-time care—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
Unlike some companies, Hampton Care Group won’t lock you into a long-term contract. You’ll only be charged for the hours our caregivers are in your home. You’ll sign a Service Agreement outlining our commitment to your chosen services, days, and times. As needs evolve, our nurse is always available to reassess and adjust the care plan. You can change or stop services anytime without penalties.
